At Asian Women United Minnesota (AWUM), we rely on the generous support of our individual donors. Every donation goes directly toward helping improve the lives of the women and children we serve.

 

Domestic violence is an overwhelming issue,
but even a small donation
can have an enormous impact.

What your donation can do

 

  • $25 assists one woman with one week of public transportation

  • $50 supports one woman to pay for one housing application

  • $100 supplies us with one month of rice for residents

  • $250 provides ten weeks of milk at our shelter

  • $600 helps cover one week of therapy sessions

  • $750 funds one month of language interpretation

  • $1,500 pays for first month’s rent or security deposit on a new apartment
